Registration Fees


Conference Only: US$ 350

Includes conference and workshops, coffee breaks and two meals

 

Conference and Social Events US$ 550

(Design Society Members with valid ID US$ 495)

Includes conference, pre-conference workshop, coffee breaks, two meals and two social events. This fee also includes hotel transfer shuttle and a hard copy of the proceedings.

 

Students reduced fee (conference only): US$ 250

Includes conference and coffee breaks.

 

Accompanying fee: Voucher for the two social events.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made before 1st August. The reimbursement before this date (August 1st) will be 90% of the price paid, due to transaction fees and similar costs.

After August 1st there will be no reimbursements in case of a cancellation, thank you for your understanding. The paid fees can be transferred to another participant until August 20th.

Further restrictions may apply for authors, if there is no alternative presenter of the submitted paper.
